Refund & Returns Policy

14-Day Return Right
You have the right to return Slim Coffee Booster within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, without providing a reason. This right is consistent with consumer protection principles applicable under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Australian Consumer Law.
How to initiate a return
Contact us by email at hello@wildernesscleari.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, phone number and the reason for return (optional but helpful). We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Condition of returned goods
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging; or
- If opened - the box must contain at least 25 of the original 30 sachets (i.e., no more than 5 sachets used), and the product must not have been tampered with.
Refund process
Since Slim Coffee Booster is sold with payment on delivery (COD), refunds are processed by bank transfer or as a credit note within 7 business days of us receiving the returned goods. We will confirm your preferred refund method when we acknowledge your return request.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of products that have been fully consumed, significantly used, or returned more than 14 days after delivery. Products that show evidence of tampering or deliberate damage are also excluded.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged or if youreceives incorrect goods, contact us at hello@wildernesscleari.world within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
