2. What personal information we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Order and contact information: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, provided when you place an order or send an enquiry.
  • Communications: messages or emails you send us.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, time of visit - collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
  • Marketing data: preferences and responses to marketing communications, where you have consented.

We do not collect sensitive information such as health records, financial account numbers or government identifiers unless you explicitly provide them as part of a support request.

3. How we collect your information

We collect personal information directly from you (order forms, contact forms, email) and automatically when you browse the Site (cookies, server logs, analytics). We do not obtain personal information from third-party data brokers.

4. Why we collect your information and our lawful basis

  • Fulfilling your order - processing and delivering your Slim Coffee Booster purchase, arranging payment on delivery and coordinating returns.
  • Customer service - responding to your questions and resolving issues.
  • Site improvement - understanding how visitors use the Site to improve content and functionality.
  • Marketing - sending you information about products or offers where you have given us permission to do so. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@wildernesscleari.world.
  • Legal compliance - meeting our obligations under Australian law including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law.

5. How we use cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyse traffic, and - where you consent - serve relevant advertising. Google services we use:

  • Google Ads & Remarketing: serves advertisements and measures their effectiveness. Requires your consent before ad_storage and ad_user_data are activated.
  • Google Analytics 4: collects anonymised usage data. Requires your consent before analytics_storage is activated.
  • Google Maps: embedded on the Contact page to display our business location. Google's Privacy Policy applies to map embeds.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Delivery and logistics partners to fulfil your order;
  • Payment processing partners for COD coordination;
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, email services) acting as data processors under contract;
  • Google LLC (Analytics, Ads) where you have consented;
  • Regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Some recipients are located outside Australia. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure equivalent protections apply.

7. How long we retain your information

We retain order and customer records for seven years to comply with Australian tax and consumer-law obligations. Analytics data is retained as per Google Analytics' default retention settings (up to 14 months). You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your rights under the Privacy Act 1988

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal retention obligations);
  • Withdraw marketing consent at any time;
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001.

9. Security

All data transmission to and from wildernesscleari.world is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). We store personal data in access-controlled systems and limit access to authorised personnel only. No transmission method is 100% secure; we encourage you to contact us promptly if you suspect any security issue.

Our Site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
